Rochelle grew up in Connecticut as the daughter of an artist. By the age of seven she had won local and national art contest and attended weekly art classes. She graduated from Paier College of Art in New Haven, Connecticut with a double major in advertising and illustration. She has worked as a graphic artist for the Famous Artists Institute, Silverman Graphic Design Group, and other publishing companies. Early on, Rochelle maintained a studio at the Artist Gallery and her work with Oceanfront timeshares included weekly portraits for her clients. She is now pursuing her interests doing pastels of her own experiences. Rochelle finds great joy in being an active member of Gallery 1932.
